Shanghai Anche Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.'s project "Wastewater Treatment System" for Mexico, with equipment dispatched in March 2023. It features a comprehensive processing capacity of 4m³/h, covering an area of 192 square meters.

The wastewater originates from casting production lines, including mold release and cleaning wastewater.

The treatment process involves physical-chemical, biochemical, and filtration methods. After oil separation in a grease trap, the wastewater undergoes chemical reactions, settling, and flotation before biological oxidation and final sedimentation filtration for discharge.
